Tell someone what makes Chapel Hill meaningful in your life. This can be in person, on the phone, or online.
Wear your Common Good shirt
Wear your Common Good shirt in public and be ready to share about Chapel Hill if someone asks.
Volunteer for any Chapel Hill Mission
Serve at any Chapel Hill ministry or outreach event. Check out the calendar for when events are happening and where!
Pray for someone
Ask someone if you can pray for them, then pray with or for them. Or pray for someone whose been on your heart lately.
Share your faith story
Tell someone how God has worked in your life (in-person or online).
Inform someone of our events
Share information about an upcoming Chapel Hill event with someone.
Give out church material to a neighbor
Deliver a church flyer, forward The Flame, or hand an invitation to a neighbor.
Sit in a new spot on Sunday
Choose a different seat to sit at during Worship.
Visit a Shut-In
Visit, call, mail a letter to a shut-in to encourage them.
Do a kind gesture for a stranger
Do a simple act of kindness without expecting anything in return.
Take a selfie at a Chapel Hill event
Snap a photo at a church event and share it (if you're comfortable) tagging us.
Write a thank you note to a volunteer
Send a handwritten note thanking someone who serves at Chapel Hill.

Tell someone your favorite Bible verse and why it is meaningful to you (in-person or online).
Write down 5 blessings
List five blessings God has given today or generally and thank Him for them.

Offer a kind word, practical help, or a note of encouragement to a young family.
Memorize this Scripture
(Ephesians 2:7-10) Now God has us where he wants us, with all the time in this world and the next to shower grace and kindness upon us in Christ Jesus. Saving is all his idea, and all his work. All we do is trust him enough to let him do it. It's God's gift from start to finish! We don't play the major role. If we did, we'd probably go around bragging that we'd done the whole thing!

Listen and let them do all the talking.
Thank the one(s) who led you to faith
Call, text, or write a letter if still living. If they are not tell someone related to them about their relative’s part in your life.
