Chapel Hill offers a variety of rental spaces to meet the needs of your gathering. Available spaces include conference rooms, the community basement, and Wesley Fellowship Hall. Each area is thoughtfully equipped to support your event with professionalism and hospitality in mind.

Reserve Your Date

Start by exploring our public calendar to check availability for your preferred event date. If your date is open, please contact the church office during office hours to begin the reservation process. 
To complete your reservation, you may visit the church office to sign the Facility Use Agreement and submit your deposit. You may also download the agreement online and email the completed form to administrator@chapelhillumc.com. Please note that your reservation is only considered complete once the required deposit has been received.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your room. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. If your event is canceled for any reason, the $50 deposit is forfeited. All remaining fees must be paid in full before the day of your event.

If you are the bride or groom, congratulations on your forthcoming marriage. The congregation of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church welcomes you and prays God’s blessings on this new chapter in your life together.
Dates may be checked for availability in advance, but final scheduling will take place only after meeting with the pastor. 
To check available dates, arrange a tour of the church, or request a copy of our Wedding Policy Handbook, please contact the church office. 

Weddings at Chapel Hill

In times of loss, Chapel Hill is here to offer care, comfort, and support. When a death occurs, the pastor should be notified as soon as possible so the church can be present with prayer and pastoral care. Funeral or memorial arrangements are made in consultation with the pastor. 
Our pastor will lead the service based on availability and family preference. Other clergy may also participate by invitation of both the family and pastor. Hymns, Scripture, prayers, and other service elements will be selected in consultation with the pastor. Flowers may be brought to the church and arranged in the sanctuary and lobby. Photographs, videos, and other memorabilia may also be displayed, with guidance from the pastor. 
Chapel Hill’s Memorial Garden is also available for the interment of ashes for church members and their families.
