A Place For Everyone

Our small groups are all about building meaningful connections through shared interests, hobbies, and community. Whether it’s gathering for fun activities, special events, or simply spending time together, these groups create space to connect, laugh, and support one another through every season of life.

Find Your People

Trying a Small Group is a great way to meet new people, explore shared interests, and feel more connected within the church. Whether you're looking for friendship, encouragement, or just a fun way to spend time with others, these groups create a welcoming space to belong. It’s not just about activities—it’s about building relationships that make life’s journey a little lighter and a lot more meaningful.

Where Friendships Begin

Adventures in Food (AiF)
Adventures in Food is a small group for those who like to try new food experiences! We’ll venture to various Indianapolis-area restaurants and, in the tradition of all Methodist fellowships, we eat! Check out the calendar to see where we’re headed this month. The food is always great, but the fellowship is even better!

For more information about this group, or to be added to the email list contact Mark Montgomery here.
Card Making
Card Making is a small group that meets to design and make greeting cards.  All supplies are provided! The group meets every last Wednesday of the month, from March-November at 2-4 pm.

For more information about this group, contact Anne Fitts here.
Dreams to Give By
Dreams to Give By is a group of church members and neighbors who create thoughtful gifts and crafts for residents at Summit Place, sharing joy during holidays and throughout the year. The group also supports the Bags of Love program and hosts hands-on activities with residents. They meet monthly, with details shared through The Flame.

For more information about this group, contact Carolyn Olivier here.
Faith & Cancer
Cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers meet at Chapel Hill every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 1 pm. The group shares cares, concerns, victories, and setbacks in an empathetic, supportive atmosphere. Each attendee listens thoughtfully and responds with care. While the subject is serious, the mood remains upbeat.

For more information about this group, please contact the Church Administrator here.
Hilltoppers
Hilltoppers is a group for seniors and retirees. They enjoy monthly outings on the 3rd Thursday of each month, except January. Check The Flame and the volunteer table at the office for updates on this month’s scheduled trip.

For more information about this group, please contact the Church Administrator here.
Meet Me in the Garden
Meet Me in the Garden is a small group that gathers to plant, tend, and care for our church gardens, helping keep them beautiful and welcoming for all. Whether you enjoy digging in the dirt or simply being outdoors, there’s a place for you. No experience is needed—just a willingness to help and enjoy fellowship along the way!

For more information about this group, contact Theresa Pettigrew here.
Snappy Seniors
This group of retired seniors enjoys fellowship every Wednesday at 9 am in Conference Room A at the church, with an emphasis on fun, including card games and snacks. We play, pray, and eat!
